Looking for the perfect spot to host your next event? Our Ministry Center is a versatile and welcoming space available for rent by our church family. Tucked away on 37 scenic acres, this facility offers both indoor and outdoor amenities—including a kitchenette, men's & women's restrooms, a spacious deck, picnic tables, volleyball and gaga ball pits, a walking trail, and a large open yard. Whether you're planning a baby shower, birthday party, graduation celebration, or small group gathering, it’s an ideal setting for connection and community.

Inside, the building comfortably seats up to 75 guests (or about 50 with tables and chairs), and there's plenty of parking for everyone. From casual cookouts to meaningful ministry events, the Ministry Center provides a peaceful and private space to come together and make memories.

Rental Fees for Private Events:
  • MAY - SEPTEMBER: A fee of $200.00 per rental will be charged for church members and non-church members for a rental period of up to four (4) hours. 
  • OCTOBER - APRIL: A fee of $125.00 per rental will be charged for non-church members, and a fee of $100.00 per rental will be charged for church members, for a rental period of up to four (4) hours. 
  • Weddings have their own policy and fee schedule. 
All Ministry Center rentals include the use of everything inside of and on the property, including the kitchen, picnic tables, sand volleyballs, basketballs, outdoor trail, etc.

GENERAL POLICY FOR USE OF MINISTRY CENTER

DEFINITION OF CHURCH FUNCTION OF ACTIVITY: Any group affiliated with a recognized church ministry; for example Outreach Ministry, Family Ministries, Children/Youth Ministries, and Women’s Ministries etc. 
  • Reservation forms must be completed and submitted to the church office a minimum of two weeks prior to the event. All fees must be paid at this time. The church is open 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. 
  • If two functions request the same date, and the event is not scheduled on the church calendar, a church function will take priority over a non-church function. Any functions previously scheduled on the church calendar will have priority. 
  • Church must be notified of the type of activity held. The church reserves the right to turn down any activity as it sees appropriate. 
  • All equipment (tables, chairs) needed must be requested at the time the reservation is made, and must be returned to storage after the event. 
  • The Elders must approve any deviation from this policy. 
  • There is no tech available for events. 
  • NO DANCING, PROFANITY, ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, DRUGS, OR WEAPONS ARE PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES. 
    • WE DO ALLOW SMOKING IN DESIGNATED AREAS OUTSIDE.
